This is the desk I use in my store in the reception area lobby. The chair has a writing animation and the ink well gives a pen to wear (I often afk there lol).
And yes, if you touch the bell it does ding.
This is mod/copy so you can add your own logo's to the sign and bag on the counter.
The vintage smoking man / detective meshtar is included as well.
