Ever dreamed of summer afternoon in Havana? Well I certainly have and made a prefab about it.

This package includes 2 versions of the same prefab and some extras.
1. Original skybox (9 LI)
2. Skybox with additional doors (14 LI)
3. Extra doors for your DIY purpose
4. Simple ceiling lamp to be used with advanced lighting

Comes with texture changer with 4 sets of textures. You can also opt in to use materials, but you need to have advanced lighting and indoor light sources to fully appreciate them.

It may seem No Mod in your inventory but the structure itself is fully modifiable once rezzed.

Technical notes:
Since this is a skybox and is supposed to be only viewed from inside, I did not add elaborate LoD models for LoD 3 and 4. Everything will look fine with the default RenderLODFactor of 1.125 as long as you are in the skybox, but the skybox will turn into a simple box when viewed from far away. Exterior wall textures look blurry for the same reason. You can still use it on the ground level but I honestly don't recommend it.

Also, since this prefab was built around realistically scaled to medium sized avatars, tall avatars (2.2 meters and up) may need to enlarge it a bit to comfortably go through the doorways, which will bring up the LI count from 9 to about 13. Let me know if you need help enlarging it.

I think this is a great building to say it is low LI, I increased it's size a fair bit and it was still low LI at 15.

This skybox is one of the best ones in SL. An excellent amount of room and will fit on a 512 too! Add to that, that it only has an LI of 9; amazing!

Convenient location of rooms, good interior and textures. Realistic size of doors and stairs. Very roomy skybox and small landimpact.

It doesn't get any better than this!

I was looking for a low land impact skybox for my photography studio, and this is perfect! I have an area to take photos, a seating/display area, and an upstairs for a semi-private area. The texture menu and materials on/off option are a nice touch. If you are indecisive like me and can't make up your mind, just go ahead and buy it. Lol. You will not be disappointed!

After 1000 Buildings, I won't need another.

I have nearly 1,000 buildings in my inventory between my various sl incarnations, 1,000. I have free ones and ones so expensive I don't want to think about it.

This one is my favorite. Spare, rough yet elegant, beautifully proportions, it's simply amazing. Use it for anything from role play to a refurbished urban sky box. Mine right now is fitted out with props from my favorite movie. I am living in the movie. Isn't that the SL dream?

Well, I highly recommend this building. The designer says you can't put it on the ground, but you can if you open one sealed door (requires some basic build and scripting skills). It's better than the description says.

Mine is in the sky because I love sky boxes. It's cleverly designed so you won't see your neighbors ugly stuff even if it's floating right next to you.

I love this building. Love it.
