Customer service is horrible.
Don't buy from this store if things don't come out right they do not cover loses and they are rude. I talked to two customer service reps and the owner. Moon was decent but the other two (including the Designer) were rude and and basically called me a liar. DO NOT PLAY THE GACHA'S!!!! They ripped me off and won't give me whatI supposedly won. I got an box with a note card in and they said impossible well i would have said that too till i got one.. I was just asking to get the Umbrella Chandelier i won and got an empty box.
