Partial Mesh cocktail dress-
This dress comes in XXS-L
and the base of the dress is mesh while there is a light airy emipire waist flexi skirt on top to add a nice sense of softness movement. This dress brings together what is great about Mesh as well as what is great about Prim clothing. It is one of my friends all time favorite dress and I have a feeling it will soon be one of yours too.
