Devil neon

So no way to make it look like neon. Just a prim with a blurry texture of maybe a neon sign, maybe just some crap photoshop, on opaque black. Buyer beware, I doubt if any of these "neons" are anything but this. My bad for being in a hurry and not having time to ask questions that should be answered in the description.
