This package includes 6 different designs of runes which float in front of your head (keeping in with Draenei fashion, naturally).
The runes can be moved around to accommodate different head sizes, or moved elsewhere on your body if you don't wish to be a conformist (I won't judge).
Also included is a HUD which comes with several preset color options to select for your chosen rune, as well as an RGB option to enter whatever color you like if the preset's just ain't doing it for you (PS - Hot Pink is bestest color, well known fact).
An additional Glow HUD lets you see the glow intensity of your runes to several preset glow levels.

All the wrong glows
It is very important to note that this item is no-modify, and as such, it renders it impossible to fix the issues this item has. The various HUD controls are straightforward enough to change color and glow strength, but the item itself is a cube and glow appears on the sides where no textures are applied. On top of that, the textures themselves are... not that great and diminish the color tint you're going for. If you don't mind random boxy side glows, this item does the job.
