I honestly read that review and that threw me off since I already bought from this store previusly, so I went to the mainstore and tried the prop. Really nice poses and YES I could have done the same myself IF I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN the idea =) and the textures with shadows are really neat!
It is very easy to use and no problems to get it to work.
About the customer care, never used it but here is a review on the item (which I like) not on any other thing.

Not only are their virtually NO instructions on how to use this product but the people are sell it are beyond rude and don't know the first thing about customer service. I grade this product and ABSOLUTE F!!! Totally not worth your lindens. So don't waste them. There are plenty of other items on SL that work far better for less. Quite honestly this item is really low quality for what their selling it for. I could have made the same object in less time than it took me in figuring out how to use it. The only thing that might have cost me a little would have been the script to make it all work. So if your looking in interest and this item...please. Do yourself a favor...protect your wallet and keep looking.
