First, wear the main HUD (/HUD/ lel EvoX (f) 4.0).
Then, make sure to activate the "EVOX" option (you’ll find it in the main tab of the HUD).
After that, apply the makeup or skin directly from the inventory folder — it should work properly.

I've been to quite a few brow techs, but this is the best my brows have looked she helped alot with the symmetry and shape.
