Made this for myself but I figure people might also want to sometimes look tired!
It has two(2) Baked on Mesh(BoM) tattoos that are copy/mod so if you need to make darker you can.
I might update this later with tintable versions, depending on demand.

I like it. The addition for tinting would be swell. Can sort of do that already though by just adjusting the hue a little. Might not be the exact colour you want, but it works if you just want some blue hued eye bags.
