100% mesh advertising sign, with customizable faces on both sides of the sign. Great for real estate advertising or business signage.

As always, this product is copy and modify, so you can change the size and tint as desired.

I recommend having Advanced Lighting Model enabled so you can enjoy the enhanced graphics offered through the materials I have included in this build. To enable this setting, simply go into your Preferences, select "Graphics," and check the box for "Advanced Lighting Model" and hit apply. Enjoy!
