This abandoned Landhouse comes with a detailed physics shape and is completely walk, use and habitable, no rebuilt invisible prims. It is imported for a low land impact but a nice and stable view distance, so it will not go to crumble on short and medium distances.

The "Abandoned Landhouse v1" comes with a rotten kitchen (linked seperately) and linked but usable door and windows. Each of them includes a linked door script. (You have to setup the script for let it work, see the instructions in the script itself)

All textures are baked, will say shadows aren't on separate prims.

Mesh is not like prim! Resizing a mesh build could increase the LI. Mesh textures also don't work like prim textures, a mesh usually only uses a couple of faces defined by uv maps, which means you are not able to retexture this product inworld in a suitable way.
