FREE Rental Box "SmartCube"
The SmartCube is a free entire rental system which is very easy to use!
There's only a 3% commission fee after a payment. (Minimum 1L$)
That's perfect if you want to start up with a new mall!
Don't take the risk of investing in an expansive system while your mall isn't profitable.

# Just edit the notecard and set the price for the weekly payment and the allowed prims. (Prims will not be observed)
# Enable/Disable variable payment! (The tenant can pay as much L$ as he likes. The rental time will be calculated exactly. Example: If the price per week is set to 700 and the tenant pays 100, one day will be added to the rental time.)

Commission 3% if they disclosed that it would be 4 stars
Commission 3% if they disclosed that it would be 5 stars... there is no prim counter with it either so imho it is not worth the commission fee if it had that and linked to the box it would be a 5 star product.
FAILS TO DISCLOSE %3 of rent goes to MaxPower Boa
seems that 3% of the rent paid goes to a user names MaxPower Boa
I set up the rent box, paid it 100L and 3L went to an unknown user, NOT in any config file!
