[FYI] Corner Beach Grotto S1 1.0.1

A right angle shaped grotto and beach designed to fit into the corners of property, like sims, parcels, etc.

The top grass part of this beach grotto is walkable with mesh physics, as is the rest of it. So you are free to place other things on top of the grotto.

The grotto has several different positions it can be in regards to the water, giving this beach grotto several different effects.

Because this is a grotto, it is not compatible with the FYI Cave System, however it would work fine with the terrain kit.
