Technically it is on a mesh prim, but it's a flat mesh prim, and in reality it is just a texture. There is NO shape to this at all. If you want to save 7L and buy this instead of uploading a texture then by all means get it. But if you think you're getting something that is 3D as one would expect with a "mesh" product, you will not.
