Menu Driven...Touch inside flower to access

Set inside flower to Full Bright (on)
Choose Light Color (set to Brown currently)
Intensity (set to 100%)
Radius (adjust as needed)

Make sure you set your Second Life environment to Midnight (click World then Environment Settings) so that you can see the changes in the light when adjusting...
