The footprint of this house is 40m x 23m so ideally it requires a parcel of 1024 sq.m or above. All doors, with the exception of the front door and garage door, are automatic sliding glass doors with invisible sensors. Touch the garage door to open up and over. There is also an inside garage door into the hallway. All rooms are of good size. All surfaces can be retextured to your own taste.
