GATSBY PETTAZZI GRAND STORE OR GALLERY

The roaring thirties of the twentieths century,... The Great Gatsby, Art Deco, a period of renewing art and way of life. Great buildings were build in that time. Think of the Chrystler Building in New York or the LeVeque Tower in Columbus Ohio! Pettazzi was one of the famous architects who has build many Art deco buildings. Well why should you not have such a great highly detailed Art Deco building in dreamland SL which is originally build as an art gallery, but is also great to use as the most poshy store you can imagine.

HOW DOES THIS STORE/GALLERY LOOK LIKE
The building is L-shaped and has a footprint of 88 x 88 m. This is including the square in the front. The land impact is 531 for the building. The square is 16 LI. That is including all the lights in and outside, beautiful Art deco ornaments and a reception desk. The stained glass windows have a real Art Deco look and feel. The windows at the end of the wings on the lower floor have a seperate prim for the middle part of the glass. You can take it out to make it a door so people have access to the shop from more sides. Upstairs you have access to the terrace were you can make a nice corner for your customers to relax. The grand central hall in the back is lower situated then the wings and entrance hall. It is lovely to situate the building partly in water. You can see an example how that looks at Endeavour Cove which also have other Art deco windows. ATTENTION 1
The rezzerbox is set on a higher prim. That's because this build has also a deeper part in the back. The rezzerbox is terraform enabled. So make sure you are allowed to terraform. If not you need to set the build on a higher level.
Because of the larger amount of items in the rezzerbox, the first time you rez it will take quite some time for the whole set to rez from the rezzer. Please be patient. It can take about 30 seconds (or less) to rez it all.

ATTENTION 2!!
For a good performance to see the Club also from a bit of a distance, please set your RenderVolumeLodfactor on 4 but preferred on 8.
You do that in the ADVANCED MENU (Ctrl Alt D). Go to debug settings. Fill in the box RenderVolumeLodFactor and change the number into 8.
