{Greymoon Designs} [BOXED] ~ Sunny Ranch

Firstly, this build as-is is terrific and I hope anyone who is considering purchasing just gets it. And yes, the horses pictured actually come with the build! :D

And if you are comfortable with modding, you can get this build down from 122 LI to just 91! I did it by rescripting all of the doors using the Kool Door Builder system so that I could link them and everything else possible, and then made sure physics were as expected by editing "Physics Shape Type" of some of the linked parts. I kept the build separated in 2 parts: one fully linked object for the grass pen, and a coalesced object for the stables. (The beautiful back door in the store room, the lights, and light switch were the only parts that cannot be linked to anything else.) I did remove a few pieces: the apple tree and all 5 of the static horses. But I kept the grass, straw and all other decor intact because it really is gorgeous!

TL;DR - This build is stunning and I highly recommend it. It's fully modifiable to suit your style and needs. Go see it for yourself at their mainstore small build rezzer.
