An Amphitheater or Civic Center of modern design and efficiency. This building can seat an entire sim for concerts or performances. It includes an ample front building with room for concessions and a dressing room in the rear. The windows, lighting, seat configuration, and front door lock are controllable from a control room behind the stage. The dressing room has separate window controls. This building uses an auto res device for easy assembly. This entire structure including front and rear buildings is an efficient 137-198 prims depending on seat arrangements. This structure is copy/mod/no transfer for loss prevention and carefree modding.

Seating configurations for 18, 30, 40, 50, or 60 seats.
Lighting controls for footlights and white, red, green, and blue lights on lightbar. Three intensities and off for each.
Window controls for front building, main room, control room, and dressing room. Main building windows can also be switched to walls.
All main building functions can be controlled from the control room above and behind the stage. Access is through the rear dressing room which has a separate window control.
