Voting is important. In any democracy it is up to the people (that's YOU) to tell the people in charge (that's THEM) what they want.
So when it comes time to vote, DO SO! Then pop this on to tell everyone that you did and remind them that they should too!

Default attachment point should be to your avatar's chest, but it's been so long I don't actually recall. Either way, you will have to manually edit it into proper position from there.
If you choose to attach it elsewhere on your body, you will also have to manually edit it into proper position.

When you wear it, it'll try to attach itself somewhere it shouldn't (or it did for me, anyway), so you'll need to manually attach it to your chest and THEN adjust the position and rotation and you'll be all set! It's a little on the large side and can't be resized, but hey, voting is important!
