An Icewing-based head shape.
NOTE: This head shape is THINNER than the standard Euro head, most things that cover the head WILL float above the head mesh and you will NEED to be able to cover these gaps or manually affix spikes/addons to account for this.
All parts of the head map to the standard Euro textures and it also comes with custom eyes to accommodate the different shape.

Not only the thinner head I was looking for but a icewing head too? it's almost too good to be true!
I will caution that this head requires modding knowledge, mainly how to unlink your original head parts and link up this one to the root prim but if you can figure that out you're good to go. It also does have a small issue (at the time of writing) with gaps on the inside of the gums that allow you to see through the backface of the head mesh but I found it fixable in my case with prims to close the gaps off (more than willing to share if asked for in IM's).
