No transfer
You cannot make something with it and give the item to anyone because the texture is no transfer. Since you made it free, why would you make it no transfer? Other than that, it is unique.

Awesome free artwork. Unfortunately the permissions on this one are copy/mod/no transfer so you can't get the UUID of the texture to use in scripted frames.
Not full perm
Can as no trans, so would not be able to use on gifts or items for sale.
