After purchasing Izzie's Wrinkle/Fold Brushes V2 you will receive a NC containing a link to download the brushes.
The ZIP-folder(about 1Mb) contains an .abr file (containing 48 brushes)and a tutorial how to install and how to use the brushes.
The brushes definitely work with PS CS2 or higher as well as with the new Gimp version 2.6.

I think it's worth it to buy these brushes. There are free brushes through PS sharing groups, etc., but what a hassle to find the exact ones. I've made brushes, too, another hassle. Also, the instructions were easy and seamless. No troubles at all. Had them in my PS within 5 mins of ordering them. Thanks!
Worth the investment
Version 1 or version 2? After consulting with Izzie (excellent customer service, I must add), she recommended version 1; one reason being that version 2 is a set that completes/complements version 1. As a designer for men's/boys clothing, these brushes definitely do the trick and makes wrinkles more realistic. From the ad for version 2, there seemed to be more drapery wrinkles which is what I do not need for my line of work though I might invest in version 2 later =)
