Nifty and simple glowy collar for Kemono. Not rigged, so you can move it around / resize it. Tintable faces allow you to customize freely.

**Sized / positioned on the DEFAULT kemono shape! If you use a modified kemono shape you will need to manually reposition the collar using the build menu
