++Jinko Spring Clip(Boxed)

This is item for binding papers very popular in Japan. Its shape is like 'Bulldog Clip' but different spring inside.
I dont know the right English Name. We call it just 'MEDAMA Clip'(MEDAMA = eye ball)

lately I found same type of clip in Amazon, it is called 'Spring Clip'
but I didn't create the spring inside...

so i named this item 'Spring Clip without spring'
if you know correct name in English, tell me pls^^
