Not! Would be an amazing device, but yes, it's too good to be true. Just a joke , one that will make the unsuspecting heart skip tho'. Forget ghosts and skeletons, ghouls, and monsters. They are not half the fright a window like this appearing can be.

This is an animated texture that attaches as a HUD in center of window when worn from inventory. The animation activates upon attach , or touch, so that when one clicks the cancel button, it just runs again. It is titled simply as "lag reducer" because who could refuse such a thing.

Have fun with it! Absolutely harmless, very scary, practical joke. Simply detach to remove.
