The cornerstone of this set, the 1 piece Corner Desk and Chair, is only ONE Land Impact (L.I.)!

For your convenience, this set includes a linked version of ALL pieces (desk,chair,deco pieces) that is 9 land impact and can be easily rezzed without having to arrange everything. Individual items are also included in case you do not wish to have all the deco pieces rezzed.

The chair has 8 adjustable sits - just click the chair to sit and a menu will pop up with a selection of poses to choose from. Click [ADJUST] to adjust your position.

Also includes the following deco items:

Great customer service

I didn't like the texture and it was no mod. She helped right away. Thank you. It looks just like the picture (hence, needing to modify it to match my room) and great for those on a prim budget.
