To apply the tattoo, once you have opened the omega applier, simply right click on the tattoo in your inventory and select "add"
You will find a black and purple HUD where you can select tattoo, clothing or underwear layer.
If you can't see the tattoo, check your mesh body HUD to make sure the relevant layers are visible.
