The house is 142 prims, the seperately boxed furniture adds 84 prims.

This home has a footprint of roughly 40x50m, and is about 13m tall. (4096sqm or bigger)

All doors are lockable and have the option to add avatar names to their access list.
Touch the door, type "show help" in chat and the commands appear.

The window blinds can be controlled by a menu located next to the entrance, options are blinds open, semi open, or shut.

The bar gives a free drink of choice by clicking on the drinks.

The fireplace can be switched on and off by clicking on the flame button.

The lights in this building glow and shine by a single click, there are lights in the following locations:

- Kitchen, under the cupboards.
- Living area, in the animated lake picture (activate by clicking on the picture frame).
- Bar, above the bar.
- Swimming pool, just above the water.
- Bedroom, above the bed on the wall.
- Office, on the desk.
- Bathroom, on the wall between the sink and toilet.
- Outside, 2 lights at the entrance.

All the furniture, bath, toilet, and kitchen have sit or lay down animations; Richt click on a seat, stool, pillow, blanket, or towel and select "Sit here" from the menu.

The toilet has sounds, click on the toilet parts to hear.

This build comes in Faux Rez; place the rezbox in the middle of your parcel, about 3m above the ground, and left click, now select Rez.
The structure now appears and the pieces jump in place, this will take a few seconds.
Once the structure has rezzed, you can move or rotate the rezbox, and the house will move along.
When you're satisfied with its position, you can safely take the rezbox away.
