The leaves of the tree have a wind effect, the script is in the leaves Full Perm.
The lanterns have a basic particle script, included in the lamps Full Perm.

All walkable parts have to be set to physics shape type PRIM. If you have problems walking please unlink and set the parts to proper physics shape type, then link again.

All textures, normal and specular maps are included.
Shademaps (if used) are included.

Everything is full permissions.
