Wear Mistletoe will put you in "invitation" animation. Press PageDown key to get menu for:
Mistletoe (invitation animation)
Kiss (choose the avatar name after clicking Kiss)
Hug (choose the avatar name after clicking Hug)
HeightUP (adjust height up)
HgtDOWN (adjust height down)
RESET_Hgt (reset height to default)
STOP (stop the animation)

The pose might look different due to the difference in shape.
In order to achieve the result shown in the ad, you may need to adjust your shape
If the hand is too low or too high, adjust your arm length and / or neck length.
If the hand is too far out or too close in, adjust your shoulder width and / or hand size.

mistletoe review
I received this as a gift today. I like that i dont have to rez it for it to work. The hud makes so can use the mistetoe anytime. The animations are smooth but too close together.

The menu is easy to understand and access. The quality is great and I think this is a great addition for anyone. It's a fun way to add more interaction in our SL virtual world. Great job!
