Low prim light post with waiting animation. Lamp has light projector which generates SL shadows.
Lamp is copy/modify so you can put out as many as you want and edit textures and light properties to match your needs.
Note that you must have shadows (Sun/Moon + Projectors) enabled from your graphic settings to see full effect.
