Neotoy-24-Hour-Analog-Clock バージョン 45

Another clock... essentially an updated version of my classic wall clock. This model features an entirely new & full-perm timekeeping script which I call "SEC_TO_DEG" which converts seconds into degrees which are then displayed via 'hand' on a 24 hour face. I believe this is the most efficient analog timekeeping script ever created in SL.

Everything is full-perm, including textures which are located inside the clock face object.
