Just ADD (dont choose "wear") the vest to your Niramyth mesh avatar and it place itself right where it belongs.

Simply unpack the box (you can also do that when wearing the box), then add the item from your inventory to your body (dont choose WEAR; that might detach bodyparts)

(yes, i said that before but cannot point to this fact. You wouldnt believe how many people dont READ the description and then complain bitterly when the stuff is not fitting to their other mesh or classic avatar)
