The story behind this clown makeup is basically simple. It was designed so that it does not look very high in quality, and looks quite girly for anyone (ladies or men) that wear it.

The clOWNED makeup was originally designed for the Sideshow Freaks faction in the Land of NoR (rp sims). The Sideshow Freaks (a group consisting of freakish clowns, dolls, what have you) actually force their fallen enemies to wear this makeup in order to bring them shame and embarrassment.

It was also basically an experiment to see if it would be possible for me to make clown makeup of some sort.

So, now, for FREE, you too can wear this little oddity of a clown makeup.
