These are to be included in your own builds. Mod them, add textures, re texture, do what you will, but do not re sell them as they are, in their present form.
If you re-sell them, as part of your own build, they must have less than the full permissions set.

Good looking
I picked this table because it looked nicely proportioned, and I wasn't disappointed. You might want to tweak your LOD settings if it disappears at a short distance, but if that's not a problem for you it looks great.
