This texture kit lets you create your own pony tones outfit! It's designed to be applied to an EP/Mero pony, so you need to be able to modify your avatar and apply textures in order to use this.
You also need to provide your own bow tie (I hear Octavia has a free mod you can retexture ;) ) - texture is included.
