This is a beach extension to your waterfront beach property. It's ment to go on the right hand side of your property and it will make it seem that you have more land than you actually have because it's off sim. You can teraform your land to fit this extension perfectly.

It extends out about 25 meters and is about 15 meters wide above the waterline. Its only 18 prims!

works great for rental plots for tenants... makes their land look bigger :)

Thank you to the creator for a great item that is modify so I can seamlessly fit it onto my land and into my theme! All that for such a great price, this store is pretty terrific :)
