This item is a rotating hoop/circle with twirling particles. The effect of the spinning hoop rotates 4 red particle emitters that cause the particles to swirl around making for a neat effect.
This item comes with full permissions as well as all scripts are full perm. Some idea for this item is you can edit it and attach it onto your avatar, set the hoop to transparent and have a swirly red particle effect surrounding your avatar.
Or add this to clubs, parties, or many other uses, limited only by your imagination. Everything is full permissions so feel free to modify it as you see fit or use the scripts for other purposes.
Script is mono compiled to potentially reduce lag and script is full permissions so you can mod, copy, resell.
The screenshot gives you a basic idea, but screenshots don't show particle effects very well or the spinning motion, but I took a screenshot of the particles in a couple different positions as well as night so you can get an idea.
