[SCRIPT] Slow Rotation script

My issue is I made a sparkle texture put it in a mesh then added the script to the mesh so sparkles would spin and when it was sit on ground it spin great when I wear the outfit it don't spin at all so failed to work for outfit but will work as long as you don't wear item
