I dunno how these can be full perm when they are no copy, no trans, no mod! Are you serious? I lost a whole folder of textures, this was one of textures in the folder. No biggie, I will just go download them. Oh wait, nope, I CAN'T! This is CLEARLY marked full perm when clearly IT IS NOT! If this is full perm, why should I need to repay to download this item again, it should be a redeliverable.
