Sacker Mutant Monster

The Sacker is a grotesque Mutant Brute focusing mostly on tumors and muscles around its body. It comes in 2 versions, black male and white male. The sacker is called such because of the massive organ sack on its back, along with the whip-like arm stub that tends to attempt to draw its victims into the sack for carrying or dissolving.

Comes with original AO.
