[TT] Statement Campaign Button - Smiley

We love to make statements! Here is a statement button:

1. no un-packing, simply "add" and it auto-attaches to the chest
2. unrigged, can move it anywhere
3. copy-mod, can customize it, link it to a backpack or hat
4. 1 LI, can rezz it as a prop

Art Note: edited an illustration from TukTukDesign on Pixabay, with permission from the original artist per their "free to use, personal and commercial" licensing, onto the statement button texture and we have this awesome statement button.
