All hair color options come in both rooted and non-rooted textures!!!

**MESH INFO**
- Be sure to use a MESH ENABLED VIEWER (e.g. Phoenix 1.6.0, LL Viewer 3, Firestorm 3, Kirstens S21).
- You CANNOT change the size or position of the hair that it is made of rigged mesh.
- Resize scripting via HUD is used for non-rigged mesh and prim parts only.
