A nice decoration to hang around the place, inspired by the Red Alert series.
complete with electrical flow and will send a bolt of lightning to anyone in a 12m radius once activated.

Well i got it and put it down, but it doesn't do or sound like anything like in C&C Ra1 it just loops with some weird lightning sound.
