Lovely light, spacious and airy beach house that is sure to impress.

Dimensions 28mx20mx10(high). Fits comfortably on a 1024 plot.

Opening front door and sliding balcony door, both opened by the supplied HUD key fob. So the house is secure when you lock up at night.

All windows have lifelike up/down venetian blinds, which are operated simply by clicking on them. So you can have a perfect view, or complete privacy.

Teleporter at top and bottom of stairs if you are too lazy to use them ... or in too much of a hurry.

Downstairs, sun lounge, dining area, welcome area and decking.
Upstairs bedroom and sun terrace.

Please note that the furniture shown in the photographs is not supplied with the beach house.

Everything is provided in the box, from the complete rezzable beach house, the 5 linked component parts, front door, venetian blinds textures and sounds.

The basic installation is to rezz 'beach house complete' and adjust it's position. Then rezz the opening front door and position it in the door aperture, and that's it !!
