The first copy I received had a no copy bullet in it so it would make noise but not fire. Contacted the builder and figured maybe a couple of days before I'd hear back as per usual.
She got back in record time, addressed the problem, even changed the range so that very same day I was able to use it for a scene. Great product, great service, and you really can't beat the price.

This is fun and I like the sound it makes when shooting it. Its also pretty incognito when shooting because its not so noticable. The price is right for for a neat gun!
