This pier has been slowly falling apart for ages, but somehow nobody ever gets around to fixing it. Despite all of that, it remains a favorite with the locals, and you can catch them sunbathing, diving, fishing, and generally hanging around on it despite it's dubious safety record!
There are ten different poses to choose from in the interactive menu, and you can get six avatars on it all at the same time!
It comes in grey, wood, and dark wood versions to suit the mood of your landscaping. All the sculpting is Weather! or not? original.
You can use this pier as a partial off-sim as well if you like, people will still be able to use the poses on the end of the structure! (Though if off-sim you wouldn't be able to walk along that part of the surface).

The picture states 27prim pier, 1 prim shadow... however, I didn't notice that because the actual listing says 6li and I trusted that. If the listing was correct, I'd be much happier. That being said, the dock itself is nice, and I'm glad it's mod so I can modify it to my liking.
