If only there was a really nice looking two room skybox that fits on a 512m parcel and is super low prim! Dont bother looking any further because here it is.

High-Quality Place, one small hiccup!
This is an awesome apartment; I like the controls for the lighting and blinds, but there doesn't appear to be any way whatsoever to interact with the doors. I'll have to rip them out and replace them. But that's still a 4 star product, there! A little work and it's awesome.
