Not a notecard, but a texture

It appears that you can drop a *texture* onto this board, but not a Notecard.
Which means you can't actually directly apply text to it, as implied.

Not what I thought

I was searching for signs which I could custom like with a note card. This came up. But it is a simple static sign. The "drop a note card" cannot be changed with a notecard as it seemed to indicate.
